Answers to your arboricultural questions

Clear, transparent answers about our assessments, certifications, service areas, reporting process and fees — so you can engage with confidence.

  • Pricing varies based on property size, tree numbers, and report complexity. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees. Contact us for a specific quote for your project.
  • Quantified Tree Risk Assessment is an internationally recognised methodology that provides mathematically defensible risk ratings. It's essential for schools, hospitals, and organisations managing liability, as it provides evidence-based recommendations that stand up to legal scrutiny.
  • Our two primary service areas are the Central Coast (our base) and Western Sydney, where we work across each region as a whole and know how local councils apply their planning instruments. Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and wider Sydney are serviced on request.
  • Yes. Alongside our independent consulting, we deliver practical tree works — removals, pruning, storm and emergency response, APZ/bushfire vegetation management, maintenance and planting. That means you can get the assessment, the advice and the physical works from one provider. Where a job needs independent reporting, our consulting arm keeps that assessment objective.
  • Our Level 5 qualification and AS 4970:2025 compliance mean our reports are accepted by councils across our service areas, including Central Coast Council and the Western Sydney councils, as well as other NSW councils where we work on request.
  • We schedule site assessments within one week of engagement. Standard reports are delivered within 3-5 business days after assessment. Expedited service is available for urgent development applications.
  • Our Arboricultural Impact Assessment reports include tree location plans, individual assessments, health and significance ratings, root protection zone calculations per AS 4970:2025, impact analysis, protection specifications, and retention recommendations. All formatted for immediate council submission.
  • Many councils specifically require Level 5 assessments for development applications and significant tree matters. This qualification ensures advanced assessment capabilities and report writing skills that meet planning authority standards. Using lower qualifications often results in rejection and delays.
